THE POWER OF CLEAR SEEING.

The power of Clear Seeing (Clair-Voyance) is a natural force within everyone that allows the individual to express various degrees of perception, offering knowledge of things independent of ordinary avenues.
The power of Clear Seeing is your birthright, and if nurtured, in the right way, will be a guiding Light through your life. Each person will approach the seeing with more distinctiveness, intuition however is a grand leap of understanding and comes instantaneously.
The power of Clear Seeing is distinct from your usual senses, it is a new awareness of knowing facts, a spiritual shift takes place and an opening of unexplored fields of understanding appears. Some have exceptional perception and are able to cross all barriers of the outer senses. However, personal responsibility for all actions and thoughts will be the accepted law.
The power of Clear Seeing is for anyone, rich, poor, young, old, male, female, it is indiscriminate, and it is for any level of intelligence. All it takes is application, determination, and constancy. Some individuals are gifted with 2nd sight from the moment of birth, but for everyone else effort is needed to achieve the desired results.
When the power of Clear Seeing is used the individual is acting outside its normal mental behavior, and a new muscle is being exercised and remember it is always being tested, since it is one step closer to seeing beyond the 5 senses and in which different type of energies dwell governed by different law.
A strong and focused mind is a prerequisite to success in seeing clearly. An individual can develop its potential by using the power of will, concentration (focus the mind), persistence, self-awareness, self-restraint, energy, focus, and love.
Good results are obtained when the body, the mind and the spirit are in a healthy tune, well rested and working in a calm and peaceful environment. Observe temperance, there is plenty of time to learn, do not compare your ability with anyone else ability, each individual works at their own pace and this is part of their own destiny. Be patient and take small steps, aim for slow steady growth.
The power of Clear Seeing is not something that can be forced as each human being has a particular journey to follow. Natural instincts will dictate which one is the right path to follow because the individual will feel comfortability in the journey he/she takes.
Socrates, Plotin, and Cardanus spoke of the power of Clear Seeing, and Paracelsus was known as a great practitioner of it.

THE NATURAL ELEMENTS.

Classical elements refer to the concepts in ancient Greek of fire, water, air (wind), earth, and aether (void), which explained the nature and complexity of all universal matter in terms of simpler substances.
Ancient cultures (Egypt, Babylonia, Japan, Tibet, and India) had a similar lists.
In Babylonian mythology, the creation myth text (Enuma Elis), written between the 18th and 16th BC, involves 4 gods sought as personified cosmic elements: sea, earth, sky, wind. It was recovered in fragmentary form in the ruined Library of Ashurbanipal at Nineveh (Mosul, Iraq), and published in 1876, by George Smith, and English Assyriologist who discovered and translated one of the oldest-known written works of literature, the Epic of Gilgamesh. The text has about a 1000 lines and is recorded in Old Babylonian on 7 clay tablets, each holding between 115 and 170 lines of Sumero-Akkadian cuneiform script. Most of tablet 5 has never been recovered, but the text is comprehensible.
The first tablet starts with the following script: "When the Sky above was not named, and the Earth beneath did not yet bear a name, and the primeval Fresh Water (Apsu), who begat them, and Chaos, the Oceanic Waters, the mother of them both, their waters were mingled together, and no field was formed, no marsh was to be seen; when of the gods none had been called to being....  ."
A Greek text called "The Virgin of the World (Kore Kosmou)," ascribed to Hermes Trismegistus, the author of the Hermetic Corpus (a series of sacred texts), and associated with the Egyptian god Thoth (a man with the head of an ibis or a baboon), names the 4 elements fire, water, air/wind, and earth. In the text it is described as follows: "And Isis answered: 'Of Living Things, my son, some are made friends with Fire, and some with Water, some with Air/Wind, and some with Earth, and some with 2 or 3 of these, and some with all. And, on the contrary, again some are made enemies of Fire, and some of Water, some of Air/Wind, some of Earth, and some of 2 of them, and some of 3, and some of all. For instance, son, the Locust and all flies flee Fire; the Eagle and the Hawk and all high-flying birds flee Water; Fish flee Air and Earth; the Snake avoids the open air. Whereas Snakes and all creeping things love Earth; all swimming things love Water; winged things, Air, of which they are citizens; while those that fly still higher love the Fire and have the habitat near it. Not that some of the animals as well do not love Fire; for instance Salamanders, for they even have their homes in it. It is because one or another of the elements do form their bodies' outer envelope. Each soul, accordingly, while it is in its body is weighed and constricted by these four.
These elements, according to Galenus of Pergamon, a prominent Greek physician, surgeon and philosopher in the Roman Empire, were used by Hippocrates in describing the human body with an association with the 4 humors: yellow Bile (Fire), Phlegm (Water), Blood (Air), and black Bile (Earth).
In Classical Thought, the 4 elements earth, water, air (wind), and fire, proposed by Empedocles, a Greek pre-Socratic philosopher [citizen of Acragas (Agrigentum), a Greek city in Sicily], who is best known for originating the cosmogenic theory, frequently occur. Influenced by the Pythagoreans, Empedocles was a vegetarian who supported the doctrine of reincarnation. Aristotle added a 5th element, aether; it has been called akasha in India and quintessence in Europe.
The concept of the 5 elements formed a basis of analysis in both Hinduism and Buddhism, in which the 5th element describes that which is beyond the material world.
In Buddhism the 4 elements, to which 2 others are added, are not viewed as substances, but as categories of sensory experience (philosophy of perception), where the focus is on beliefs about experience (perceived sensation) rather than what is it directly like to be experienced (having a glass of wine instead of perceiving the taste of wine). The 4 elements are a basis for understanding suffering and for liberating oneself from suffering. The earliest texts explain that the 4 material elements are the sensory qualities of their characterization: solidity or inertia (earth), fluidity/cohesion (water),  temperature/heat/energy content (Fire), mobility/expansion/vibration (Air). Instead of concentrating on the fact of material existence, one observes how a physical thing is sensed, felt, and perceived.
The Chinese Wu Xing, also known as the 5 elements, 5 phases, 5 agents, 5 movements, 5 processes, 5 steps/stages, and 5 planets of significant gravity (Jupiter, Saturs, Mercury, Venus, Mars). It is a fivefold conceptual scheme that traditional Chinese fields use to explain a wide array of phenomena, from cosmic cycles to the interaction between internal organs, and from succession of political regimes to the properties of medicinal herbs. The 5 phases are: -wood (mu), fire (huo), earth (tu), metal (jin), and water (shui). The order of presentation is known as the "mutual generation/overcoming," and describes the interactions and relatiopnships between phenomena. After it came to maturity in the 2nd century BC during Han Dynasty, this device was employed in many fields of early "Chinese Thought,"including fields such a Feng Shui, astrology, medicine, music, military strategy, and martial arts. The system is still in use in some forms of complementary/alternative medicine and martial arts.
The system of 5 elements (pancha mahabhuta) found in Vedas are: -earth (bhumi), -water (ap or jala),
-fire (agni), - air or wind (marut, vayu or pavan), and aether or void (akash). They suggest that all of creation, including the human body, is made up of these 5 essential elements and that upon death, the human body dissolves into these 5 elements of nature, thereby balancing the Cycle of Nature. The 5 elements are associated with the 5 senses, and act as the gross medium for the experience of sensations. The base element, Earth, created using all the other elements, can be perceived by all 5 senses: hearing, touch, sight, taste, and smell. The next higher element, Water, has no odor but can be heard, felt, seen, and tasted. Next come Fire, which can be heard, felt, and seen. Air can be heard and felt. Aether is beyond the senses of smell, taste, sight, and touch; it being accessible to the sense of hearing alone.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE SLEEP?

Sleep is a very active state. Our bodies move frequently, as we roll about during the night, and, more importantly, our brain activity is even more varied than it is during normal waking state.
When awake, most people exhibit brain wave patterns that can be classified into 2 types of waves, beta and alpha.
Beta waves are those associated with day to day wakefulness. These waves are the highest in frequency and lowest in amplitude, and also more de-synchronous than other waves. That is, the waves are not very consistent in their pattern. This de-synchrony makes sense given that day to day mental activity consists of many cognitive, sensory, and motor activities and experiences, and thus, when awake, we are mentally de-synchronous as well.
During periods of relaxation, while still awake, our brain waves become slower, increase in amplitude and become more synchronous., These types of waves are called Alpha waves. Activities that promote Alpha wave activity, have positive health benefits.
When we sleep, the first stage of sleep is characterized by Theta waves, which even slower in frequency and greater in amplitude than Alpha waves. The difference between them is gradual and subtle. As the sleeper moves to stage 2, Theta waves activity continues, interspersed with 2 unusual wave phenomena. These phenomena, which occur periodically every minute or so, are termed with a sudden increase in wave frequency, and a sudden increase in wave amplitude. Stages 1 and 2 are relatively light stages of sleep. In fact, if someone is awoken during one of these stages, the person will often report no being asleep at all.
During a normal sleep a sleeper passes from from the Theta waves of stage 1 and 2, to the Delta waves of stage 3 and 4. Delta waves are the slowest and highest amplitude of brain waves. There is no real division between stages 3 and 4 except that, typically, stage 3 is considered Delta sleep in which less than 50% of the waves are Delta waves, and in stage 4 more than 50% of the waves are Delta waves.
Delta sleep is our deepest sleep, the point when our brain waves least like waking. Consequently, it is the most difficult stage in which a person can't wake up easily, and when they are awakened they are usually sleepy and disoriented. Delta sleep is when sleep walking and sleep talking is most likely to occur.
Besides these 4 basic stages of sleep, another, unique, stage of sleep exists. This stage gets its name from the darting eye movement that accompany it, Rapid Eye Movement (REM). It is characterized by a sudden and dramatic loss of muscle tone, in fact, the skeletal muscles of a person are effectively paralyzed. This is associated with a unique brain wave pattern in which the waves demonstrate characteristics that are similar to waking sleep, a combination of Alpha, Beta, and de-synchronous  waves. This is the stage of sleep most associated with dreaming. When a sleeper begins to exhibit the physiological indices of REM sleep, and they are awakened, the great majority of the time they will report that they were having a vivid, story-like dream. During other stages, on the other hand, they normally do not report dreaming.

ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FREQUENCIES.

The earth's natural electromagnetic field has a frequency measured as about 7.8 Hertz. There is much concern now among scientists about the damage caused by civilization's pollution directly over the earth's magnetic field creating an unbalanced situation towards the normally occurring changes in the universe.
Before the invention of electricity, people lived in harmony with the earth and her daily and seasonal cycles. Technology advances have added tremendous levels of electromagnetic energy millions of times higher than before.
At the present time, the greatest polluting element in the earth's environment is the proliferation in an uncontrollable levels of electromagnetic energy
When people meditate and calm their brain function, their brains emit Alpha frequencies of 7 to 9 Hz. The human brain in a relaxed state then has the same frequency of vibration as the energy field of the earth. When humans live close to nature, their energy fields are in synchrony with the energy field of the earth, so the body, mind and spirit experience more balanced and better health.
It has been known, that many animals including the catfish, shark, and platypus have specialized electro-receptor cells that are evolutionarily conditioned to detect the frequency of the earth's electro-magnetic field by means of sensory trans-duction. The animal brain shows an unusual function and send out certain signals in days before a destructive natural phenomena occurs. Analysis of satellite data shows that the earth send outs certain signals in days before the earthquake strikes and the animal brain is able to decipher the frequencies. According to a press release from M.I.T., just before the magnitude 9 earthquake struck Japan recently, the total electron content of the Ionosphere increased dramatically over the epicenter, reaching a maximum 3 days  before the quake struck. A similar phenomenon was noticed just before the Haitian earthquake. These atmospheric language may explain why animals seem to act strangely prior to a destructive earthquake. The Chinese and Japanese have recorded these observations for many hundreds of years and have incorporated these reports into an earthquake warning system with some success.
The human brain is not on such strong ground, although there is positive evidence that humans do have some ability to detect weak electromagnetic fields, in the same way that other animals are able to. Those people who do attest to such brain behavior, have physical effects that include dizziness, headaches, blurred vision, strange dreams, and visions. All symptoms of these altered state are achieved by natural healers or shamans.
During the early 1930s, the physicist C.W. Hansel was experimenting with his electrostatic generator producing charged ions. His colleagues noticed that the physicist underwent extreme mood swings from day to day that seemed to have nothing to do with the degree of success of his work. Finally, the physicist noticed this himself, and began to keep a log of his activities. He found that whenever he was producing a negative ions with his generator he was happy, and whenever he worked with positive ions he was the opposite. Since 1928, researchers all over the world had noticed that the ion content of the air had a direct influence on the well-being of human brains. By now there is a convincing body of evidence that small ions in the air have a pervasive effect on the concentration of the nerve hormone "serotonin" in the lower middle brain. Serotonin affects metabolic processes, the transmission of nerve impulses, sleep and the development of moods.
By 1990, over 100 studies had been conducted worldwide on humans who profess to be sensitive to sensing earth energies.  The studies indicated a link between the earth magnetic field and serious health problems.  People is now surrounded with more and more household gadgets raising the background of an artificial electro-magnetic field levels to the highest ever. While the symptoms are not yet recognized by the user of the new technology, the truth is that we are now saturated from the inside out by an artificial electromagnetic field in an unprecedented way.
The Earth's background base frequency, or "heartbeat," has been for a long time a steady 7.8 Hertz.
Animals, plants and humans living in its presence have shown the benefit in the harmony of it. Man- made radiation or artificial electro-magnetic radiation is a very recent phenomenon and it is already posed as a new source of interference that naturally evolved biological systems would most likely not be prepared to face it off.
In South America the Andean people are known for its powerful connection with the Earth magnetic field since ancient times.

THE FEELING OF APATHY.

APATHY is the lack of feeling, emotion, interest, and concern with the surrounded environment. It is a state of indiference, or the suppression of emotions such as concern, excitement, motivation, and/or passion. The apathetic may lack a sense of purpose, worth, or meaning in their life. Social apathy is the desensitization of human involvement is concerned.
APATHY comes from the ancient Greek 'apathies', which means 'lack of feeling. In politics, ancient Athenians praised attentive citizens and condemned the apathetic ones.
APATHY as a concept has its roots in the stoic philosophy of the 4th century BC, and later on in Zeno of Cithium in the 3rd to 4th century, and was the object of debates between the Aristotelians, Stoics, and Epicureans, regarding the extent to which 'apathy', which are emotions and feelings, should be present and rule human lives.
In anthropology and related fields, the concept really emerges in the 20th century. Ethnographers, such as the sociologists Helen and Robert Lynd, and the sociologist-anthropologist Lloyd warner, were interested in "rituals and symbolism" in communities that were also characterized by citizen apathy and disinterest in political activity and participation.
In their 1937 study, 'Middle Town in Transition,' the Lynds observed apathetic attitudes and feelings in small American towns. The study depicted, "a world view of a culture that reproduces an apathetic response to political and societal problems." The communities, facing hard circumstances and poverty, their answer to that was a highly individualistic attitude, and the belief that a change must be individual and not institutional. Here, 'apathy' is really understood in terms of individual responsibility, and individualistic attitudes. The Lynds also noticed "a wide disparity between citizen disinterest in local politics and intense interest in national elections," thus evoking the idea that certain external conditions can stimulate apathetic citizens, like symbols at the national level, while local politics suffer from disinterest.
In a similar type of work, Lloyd Warner's 'Democracy in Jonesville' saw that the apathy in the local communities worked as a "functional" element and was part of the "ideology of democracy" and it maintained and "open system of social class"in the United States. 'Apathy' here is conceptualized as a necessary element for the American liberal democracy.
In the first part of the 20th century, 'apathy' was then understood either as a psychological attitude at the level of the individual, in a "blame-the-victim approach," or as a functional element of liberal democracies.
Mentions of 'apathy' and how it is provoked by the state and its institutions become more and more prevalent as we move from the end of the 20th century to the beginning of the 21th century.
APATHY is now more and more framed and studied in terms of preventing participation in decision-making processes and opportunities, and as a tool of state management to assert control and domination over a population. Thus 'apathy' is an attitude cultivated and reproduced by state institutions as an instrument of power, since resources are distributed through political parties that often follow political interests and agendas, rather than community needs, provoking the frustration and indifference of the individuals inside it.
APATHY, today, is mostly studied as a consequence of deliberate state policies, and as a systemic issue that relates to the way the state functions.
APATHY is even more relevant to study today as it has become one of the most important issues of our societies, and a key element preventing modern societies from moving towards more participatory forms of democracy.

HUMAN INTENTION.

Intention is a mental state that represents commitment to carrying out an action or actions. Thus, an intentional action is a function to accomplish a desired goal and is based on the belief that the course of action will satisfy a desire.
Whatever its nature, it is generally agreed that MIND is that which enables a being to have subjective awareness and intentionality towards their environment, to perceive and respond to stimuli.
Socrates had the intention that from a position of ignorance, sought the Truth and has no dogmatic program to follow, just a method for seeking Truth without any guarantee that we will find it. He found out that even the experts are just as ignorant about what things really are and concluded that it is better to have honest ignorance that self-deceptive ignorance. He followed his intention even at the point that he was condemned to death because of it.
At the trial for his life in 399BC, Socrates defense is recounted in Plato's Apology. Here Socrates appeared, despite his defense, not to acquit himself from all the accusations, but rather to deliberately ensure that he would be found guilty and thus condemned to death. In the trial he remained steadfast on his views and refused to give up his pursuit of truth, even if it cost his life.
Socrates told the jury: "Therefore if you let me go now saying to me, 'Socrates, this time we will not mind the reason of your prosecutor, and we will let you go, but upon one condition, thay you are not free to inquire and speculate in your way any more, and that if you are caught doing this again you shall die; -if this was the condition on which you let me go, I should reply; Men of Athens, I honor and love you; but I shall OBEY GOD rather than you, and while I have time and strength I shall never cease from the practice and teaching about virtue, justice and truth."
Socrates realization that taking the right course of action in his intention was more important than the one that would save him. He stated: "A man who is good for anything ought not to calculate the chance of living or dying; he ought only to consider whether in doing anything he is doing right or wrong -acting the part of a good man or of a bad." This is Socrates most cherished principle, that in dying for his beliefs he would be choosing the most noble action and the most obvious. His intention was to put forward his views of wisdom, virtue, and nobility that he believed to be his moral truths, not to clear his name, but to reveal the ignorance of his prosecutors, judges and fellow citizens. Against the charges of corrupting the mind of the youth, atheism, and introducing new deities, Socrates stated that he has been doing Athens a service by improving its beliefs of wisdom and virtue. Socrates regarded the charges as wholly unjustified, and claimed that his intention was to reform and improve both his moral outlook and other people's.
Socrates devoted his life to cross-examining other people about virtue; he urged them to pay attention to their souls, and not to wealth, power and other external advantages. He stated that his true intention and purpose for his actions was to show to the unexamined souls that life is not worth living when virtue, justice and truth are not pursued.
Socrates died for a noble cause: the belief that one should never change their beliefs because of their fear of death. He chose to give up his life as an example for future generations as he declared to the jury, "Wherefore, O men of Athens, I say to you, either you acquit me or not; whatever you do just know that I shall never alter my ways, not even if I have to die many times."
Socrates was not afraid of death and believed if he died for a noble cause then it was justified. He chose to accept his fate and in doing so, he secured his place as the greatest hero in the history of philosophy.
